Duane L. Pettit

Dr Pettit has been in Long Beach practicing medicine since 1981. However, his roots go much deeper than that: his family first moved to Long Beach in 1953 and Dr Pettit is a product of the Long Beach Unified School District, Long Beach City College, and the University of California, Berkeley. Upon graduation, he moved back to Long Beach and began his career at the Long Beach Eye Institute before establishing his private practice in 1985. He joined Dr. Gottlieb Optometry in 2018 and continues to bring his wealth of experience and knowledge to Lakewood. He is a family optometrist and Gentle Molding specialist. He prides himself on delivering state of the art eyecare with a personal touch in a relaxed setting.
